Book publications of the Study Group on a European Civil Code
The Study Group has taken upon itself the task of drafting common European principles for the most important asects of the law of obligations and certain aspects of the law of property in movables which are especially relevant for the functioning of the Common Market. The first volumes to appear on the book market 2006/2007 under the flag of the Study Group on a European Civil Code are: The Principles of European Law on Benevolent Intervention in Another's Affairs (negotiorum gestio), the Principles of European Law on Service Contracts and the Principles of European Law on Personal Security Contracts. OUT NOW!! The Books on Princles of European Law on Benevolent Intervention in Another's Affairs and on Principles of European Law on Commercial Agency, Franchise and Distribution Contracts have been put into circulation by the publisher within this week.
