Property Law and Non-contractual Liability Law - Study prepared for SANCO

The Health and Consumer Affairs Directorate-General of the European Commission asked Study Group members Prof. Christian von Bar and Prof. Ulrich Drobnig to lead and coordinate a research team to undertake a "Study on property law and non-contractual liability law as they relate to contract law" to assess how the co-existence of over sixteen different private law regimes may impact on competition and the Internal Market. The draft final report, submitted on 23rd February 2004, may be downloaded or is available in book form.
